Mykhailo P. Orzhekhivskyi

Orzekhivskyi Mykhailo Petrovych was born on November 8, 1975. In 1993, he graduated from Topyliv secondary school. He obtained the profession of a mechanic. In 1994–1996, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For four years, he worked as a mechanic in the local collective farm. For the next 12 years, he lived in Mykolaiv Oblast. There, he started a family. In 2012, he returned to his native village. He worked at PJSC "Yuria" for 1.5 years, and from 2013 - in the team of LLC APK "Mais". In 2014–2015, he defended the Motherland in Eastern Ukraine. Since January 2022, he has been a machine operator of the RO of water resources in Cherkasy Oblast. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he took up the defense of the Motherland. He was a sergeant, a rifleman-sniper of a mechanized company of a mechanized battalion. He was killed on June 20, 2022, during an enemy artillery bombardment of the positions. He was buried in his homeland.
