Mykhailo S. Semeniak

Mykhailo Serhiyovych Semeniak was born on December 26, 1986, in the city of Myrhorod, Poltava region. He studied at the Lubny Medical College. In 2018, he participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in the Donetsk region. From February 2022, he served in the military, holding the position of driver-electrician of the radio station of the communications platoon of the communications company and radio technical support unit A1356 of the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On February 24, 2022, with the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, during the withdrawal of a column of military equipment from the area of a combat mission in the Sumy region, an artillery shell hit the vehicle in which Mykhailo Semeniak was located, between the villages of Dubovychi and Bystryk in the Konotop district. Farewell to the fallen soldier took place on April 1, 2022, in Myrhorod, Poltava region.
