Mykhailo V. Akulich

Akulich Mykhailo Vasylovych was born on March 20, 1992 in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. In 1999, he went to the 1st grade of secondary school No. 5 in Kryvyi Rih. The boy had abilities in mathematics, so in secondary school he transferred to Kryvyi Rih Gymnasium No. 103, to the mathematics class. In 2012, he graduated from Gymnasium No. 30 and entered the Kryvyi Rih College at the National Aviation University, specializing in "Aircraft Electrical Radio Engineering". From April 2015, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After being discharged from the army at the end of 2016, he worked as an assistant locomotive driver for the removal of rock mass from the karst of the Kryvyi Rih enterprise "ArcelorMittal". In 2022, Mykhailo was working in Poland, but upon hearing about the Russian full-scale invasion, he immediately returned to Ukraine, where he immediately went to the recruitment center. He served as a rifleman section commander in the 125th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was killed on November 28, 2022 in the area of the village of Dibrova, Sievierodonetsk district, Luhansk region. He was buried in the honorary burial sector of the Central Cemetery in Kryvyi Rih. He is survived by his wife, son, sister and parents.
