- Born on December 19, 1969, in the village of Bilka, Ivanivka District, Odesa Region. Graduated from high school. Served mandatory military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR. Lived in the village of Novosvitlivka, Veselynivka District, Mykolaiv Region. Before mobilization, worked as a tractor driver at the Limited Liability Company "Dovira" in the village of Hryhorivka, Veselynivka District. On August 1, 2014, was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Veselynivka District Military Commissariat of Mykolaiv Region. Served as a senior mechanic-driver of an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) in the 7th company of the 3rd battalion of the 28th separate guards mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0666 (field post V0095), the urban-type settlement of Chornomorske, Kominternivskyi District (since 2016 - Lymanskyi District), Odesa Region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On February 28, 2015, soldier Fakhas died of a heart attack while performing a combat mission near the city of Marinka, Donetsk Region.
