Mykola M. Drobush (Shaman13)

Marine Mykola Drobush (call sign Shaman13) died on November 10, 2023 in the Odesa Regional Hospital from injuries sustained in a traffic accident while carrying out a combat mission in the southern direction of the front. The defender was 32 years old. Mykola was from the village of Novosilky in the Rivne region. He obtained the profession of painter-plasterer in a vocational school. In civilian life, he was a deputy forester, and before the invasion he worked in construction. He was interested in excavations and collected coins. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the man joined the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces. On August 24, 2022, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent training in the United Kingdom, where he mastered the profession of a tank artillery gunner. He also studied in Poland as a storm trooper. Later, he fought as part of the 37th separate marine brigade. "Mykola was a professional in his field, a faithful friend and a reliable comrade. He was a pillar, the heart and soul for his family. He was always smiling, positive, kind, genuine, brave, strong, and always helped everyone. He had a lot of plans and dreams, but the damned war changed everything..." said the wife of his brother Inna Drobush. The military was buried in his native village. Mykola is survived by his mother Tamara Vyacheslavovna, brother Andriy, sister Daryna, and a large loving family.
