Mykola M. Dytko

Mykola Mykolaiovych Ditko was born on May 18, 1996, in the village of Verkhniakivtsi, Borshchiv district, Ternopil region. He graduated from the local school, Borshchiv Agrotechnical College, and the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" (he completed the military department of Lviv Polytechnic and received the rank of junior lieutenant). On March 20, 2022, he was mobilized and sent for training to the Military Academy (Odesa). From June 1, 2022, he held the position of commander of the reconnaissance platoon as part of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade. He was killed on June 27, 2022, during an artillery bombardment in the Donetsk region. He was buried on July 2, 2022, in his native village. He is survived by his father, mother, and brother.
