- Born on September 18, 1984, in the village of Peremoga, Lozivskyi district, Kharkiv region. In 2001, he graduated from Peremoha Secondary School. From 2001 to 2003, he worked in construction as a painter-plasterer. Since 2003, he studied at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. From 2005 to 2006, he served his mandatory military service in the 1st Separate Battalion of Marine Corps of the 36th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade of the Naval Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2272 - city of Feodosia, Autonomous Republic of Crimea), and was discharged to the reserve as a commander of a marine infantry fire team. After being discharged to the reserve, from 2006 to 2009, he lived and worked in various positions in the city of Kharkiv. In 2009, he graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs by correspondence, receiving a bachelor's degree in "psychology." From May 2011 to May 2014, he worked as an inspector in the 3rd company of the patrol service regiment of the Kharkiv City Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region. After his discharge, he was temporarily unemployed. In February 2015, he joined the National Guard of Ukraine. He served as an instructor (assistant machine gunner) in the 4th reconnaissance group of the special operations unit of the Eastern Territorial Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine. On March 22, 2015, in the outskirts of the city of Sloviansk, Donetsk region, during a combat mission, the vehicle he was in was ambushed by terrorists and hit a landmine, resulting in the vehicle being blown up, and soldier Tverdokhlib sustained serious injuries. In critical condition, he was taken to a hospital in Dnipropetrovsk, where he died from his injuries on March 28, 2015.
