Mykola M. Zaderniuk

Born on October 21, 1989, in the urban-type settlement of Solone, Solonyansky District, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. In 2005, he graduated from the 9th grade of secondary school No. 2 in the urban-type settlement of Solone, then attended the Solonyansky Professional Agrarian Lyceum. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a service number in the 93rd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1302 (field post V2830), urban-type settlement of Cherkaskoye, Novomoskovsk District, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. During combat operations, soldier Zadernyuk sustained an open cranial injury. The injured serviceman was taken to a hospital in the city of Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro), where he died from his injuries on March 15, 2015. He is buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Solone, Solonyansky District, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
