Mykola was born in the village of Apelivske, Kirovohrad region. He stu at the Bobrynetsky Agricultural Technical School named after V. Poryk, and received the profession of an agronomist. Then he mastered the profession of a tractor driver at the Bobrynetsky Vocational and Technical School No. 32. After completing his studies, he worked as a tractor driver. He was attracted to his native land, modern methods of its cultivation and new technologies. In 2020, Mykola successfully completed his studies and acquired practical skills in working with modern agricultural equipment of foreign production, in particular with tractors "New Holland" TD-5-110, T-7060 and GPS navigation "TRIMBLE Guide 250". During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man took up arms without hesitation and stood up to defend his country against the occupiers. Mykola joined the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the anti-aircraft artillery platoon of the anti-aircraft artillery battery of the anti-aircraft missile artillery division. "When Kolya was informed about the need to arrive at the TCC, he didn't think for a minute. He was worried about those guys who had been desperately fighting the enemy since the first days of the war, he didn't want the Russian occupiers to reach our home. On March 11, 2022, he left. Promised to return by winter. Kept his word. Returned... He had many plans and dreams. He was burning with life! He never left his relatives and acquaintances in trouble, reacted to all requests and helped. He will forever remain in our memory and hearts as a young, zealous, honest, hardworking, brave, fair, faithful, loving and caring person. Rest in peace, our dearest defender," wrote the wife of the deceased, Olena. The defender was buried in his native village.
