Mykola V. Rosomakha

Born on March 29, 1984, in the village of Khoroshe Ozero, Borzna District, Chernihiv Oblast. Graduated from the general education school of Khoroshe Ozero and the vocational technical school No. 33 in the village of Mryn, Nosivka District, Chernihiv Oblast, specializing as a "tractor driver-machine operator of a wide profile." Worked in Kyiv. In March 2014, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a driver in the 1st Separate Guards Tank Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1815, the urban-type settlement of Honcharivske, Chernihiv District, Chernihiv Oblast). Since 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 16, 2014, soldier Rosomak was seriously wounded during shelling in the area of the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk Oblast. He was evacuated to the hospital in the city of Polohy, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where he died from his injuries on November 17, 2014. On November 20, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Khoroshe Ozero, Borzna District, Chernihiv Oblast.
