- Soldier Mykola Teliuk (call sign Lysyi) was killed on February 15, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Synkivka in the Kharkiv region. He was 34 years old. Mykola was born in the village of Brahyntsi, Chernihiv region. He lived in the village of Ozeriany. In 2009, he obtained several working specialties at the Dihtiarivskyi Technical Lyceum: a repair mechanic for agricultural machinery and equipment, a tractor-machine operator for agricultural production, a manual arc welder, and a vehicle driver. Most of his life, he worked as a tractor driver. He was passionate about fishing, cars, and hunting. In August 2022, the man was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Initially, he served in the 42nd Separate Rifle Battalion, then in the 20th Separate Rifle Battalion. He held the position of radio operator. "We did not dream of such a future and could not even imagine that you would remain a deep, burning pain in our memory and our souls, and that we would meet at the cemetery... Forever ours. We love, we mourn, we are proud!" - wrote the wife of the fallen Antonina. "Kolya was a courageous, brave warrior and a reliable comrade. At home, he was a beloved husband, a loving father and the pride of his parents, as well as a brother, godfather, friend, uncle, nephew, and colleague. Everyone who knew him says that such people are extremely rare. He was a support, a pillar, and an example for many people. Kolya will forever remain in our hearts as a bright and kind person, he always had many friends, because he found an approach to each of them, it was easy to find a common language with him, he seemed to understand everything with half a word. Honest, fair, never afraid to tell the truth to someone's face. We all miss Kolya very much, such a good person, he would always come to help and give advice, it seems that we have all become orphans without him," added his loved ones. Mykola was buried in the village of Ozeriany, Chernihiv region. He is survived by his parents, brother, wife, son, and daughter.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
