Mykola V. Verveha (Lyzhnyk)

Mykola Vasylovych Vervega was born on January 2, 1970, in the village of Mykulychyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region. He was a participant in the Euromaidan, immediately heading east to defend Ukraine. After sustaining injuries on the front, he headed the Yaremche Union of ATO Invalids. In 2015, he founded and headed the public organization "Opryshky Yaremche". In 2022, he was among the first to volunteer to defend his native land. He died on June 18, 2022, near the city of Lysychansk. He left behind his mother, wife, daughter, and a small grandson. They said their final farewell to the hero on June 22, 2022. He was buried in the village of Mykulychyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
