Mykyta K. Naidionov (Cherep)

Soldier Mykyta Naidonov (call sign Skull) was killed on June 5, 2023 near the village of Veselie in Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he received fatal injuries during enemy mortar shelling. He was only 23 years old. Mykyta was born and lived in Zaporizhzhia. He graduated from the Zaporizhzhia Professional Trade and Culinary Lyceum, and obtained the profession of a drywall installer. For a certain period, he was engaged in freestyle wrestling and was passionate about cooking. He worked as a sushi chef in the city cafe "Bar.In". He was married, and the couple was expecting their first child. Mykyta worked hard to provide everything necessary for the future child. During the full-scale war, on March 30, 2023, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa, holding the position of a rifleman. He participated in the defense of the Donetsk region. "My husband was a very cheerful and cheerful guy. He always helped everyone, knew how to listen and give advice. He really wanted and waited for a daughter, whom he never had a chance to see..." said Anastasia Naidonova. "Communicative, cheerful, open, friendly. He actively participated in school and extracurricular sports competitions and cultural events. He knew how to dance well. He gladly attended the sports club. He was passionate about football," added the class teacher and the director of Zaporizhzhia Boarding School No. 7 about the fallen soldier. On April 10, 2023, the defender received the "Golden Cross" badge. The defender was buried at the St. Nicholas Cemetery in Zaporizhzhia. At home, Mykyta was awaited by his mother, sisters, brothers, wife and daughter, who was born after the death of her father.
