Nataliia V. Strebkova (Zoriana)

Natalia Valentynivna Strebkova was born on February 20, 1977 in Poltava. She worked as a hairdresser in a beauty salon. In 2015, she met a man who was a military member of the Azov regiment, and later moved to live in Mariupol. In 2017, she became a clerk of the Azov regiment. In the autumn of 2018, she completed sergeant courses and received the rank. Before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, she and her husband evacuated their dog and documents from Mariupol to their friends. The couple themselves returned to defend the city. Natalia performed the duties of a combat medic. She was killed on April 15, 2022 as a result of a multi-ton shell hitting the bomb shelter during the defense of Mariupol. She left behind her husband, children and grandchildren. On August 4, 2022, Natalia Strebkova's body was cremated in Kyiv. On December 23, 2022, after the return of Natalia's husband from Russian captivity, a farewell ceremony took place in Poltava.
