Nazar I. Krokhmal

Born on November 3, 1993, in the village of Mykhailivka, Radivyliv district, Rivne region. In 2009, he graduated from the 9th grade of the general education school in the village of Mykhailivka, Radivyliv district, and in 2013 - from the Lviv Railway Transport Technical School. From October 30, 2013, he served under contract in the 80th Separate Airborne Order of the Red Banner Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv city). From August 28, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 6, 2014, Senior Soldier Krokhmal was killed during the shelling of a pontoon crossing of Ukrainian troops by Russian-terrorist groups near the urban-type settlement of Nizhne in the Popasna district of Luhansk region. On November 9, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Mykhailivka, Radivyliv district, Rivne region. On April 30, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the village of Mykhailivka, Radivyliv district, on the facade of the general education school (Kolhospna Street, 4), where Nazar Krokhmal studied.
