Nazar S. Abramchuk (Abram)

Soldier Nazar Abramchuk (call sign Abram) was killed on August 4, 2023 in the Zaporizhzhia direction. While carrying out a combat mission, during the assault on Russian positions, the warrior received fatal injuries. Nazar was 24 years old. He was born in the city of Ostroh, Rivne region. He studied at the local vocational school No. 28, where he obtained the profession of a car mechanic. In peacetime, he worked as a laborer in the forestry industry. He lived with his wife and sons in the village of Novomailin. In January 2023, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He took part in the battles for Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. "My husband was a very open and good person. Cheerful, the life of the party. He loved to relax with his family. He was always able to listen, give advice, but never liked to be lectured. His grandfather Mykola instilled patriotism in him. Nazar loved and respected him very much. He said about our sons that he would do everything in the future so that they would not deny themselves anything. But, unfortunately, now the father is only in their memories...", wrote his wife Maria. The warrior was buried in the village of Novomailin, Rivne region. Nazar Abramchuk is survived by his wife Maria and sons Vitaliy and Volodymyr. Posthumously, Nazar Abramchuk was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.
