Nazarii V. Bilokur

Senior soldier Nazarii Bilokur was killed on May 25, 2022 while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Berestove in the Donetsk region. The warrior was 25 years old. Nazarii was born in the village of Rivne, Lviv region. He studied at the Drohobych Professional College of Oil and Gas, and later at the Ivano-Frankivsk University of Oil and Gas. He worked in an agricultural company, then went abroad to earn money. He loved to repair cars and dreamed of his own car service station. On the second day of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, on February 25, 2022, Nazarii joined the ranks of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade. He was a rifleman-sniper. "Nazar was very kind and fair. His comrades-in-arms remember him as a brave, courageous and just warrior. He valued his family the most. When he was at war, he always said that everything was fine with him, he calmed his relatives himself. Even while in the trench, he was worried that everything was fine at home. We are infinitely proud of Nazar and thank him for his love for Ukraine, his protection and his sacrifice for our future. Heroes do not die as long as they are remembered, and we simply have no right to forget. Nazar Bilokur, the Hero, is forever in our hearts," said the deceased's fiancée Yulia. The defender was buried in his native village. Nazar is survived by his father, grandmother, brother with family, and fiancée.
