- Oleg Anatoliyovych Hramа was born on March 30, 1991, in the village of Novoselytsia, Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region. He studied at Novoselytsia Secondary School of I-III degrees. According to family memories, he was sociable from childhood and had many friends. After graduating from school, he moved to Kyiv, where he entered the National Transport University. During his studies, he engaged in sports and wrestling, participated in competitions, and received many awards and medals. In 2013, he received the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine in combat sambo. After graduating from university in 2013, he served in various units of the National Guard of Ukraine, including the special forces unit "Omega." From 2014 to 2022, he participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and Joint Forces Operation (JFO) in Eastern Ukraine, notably distinguishing himself in battles in the area of Izium in Kharkiv Region, Sloviansk in Donetsk Region, and Sievierodonetsk in Luhansk Region. In 2014, he got married. According to his wife's memories, he was a good husband, and later, when their daughter was born in 2016, he became a good father. Despite his military service and family responsibilities, he continued to engage in sports, and besides martial arts, he was fond of running, participated in marathons, and received medals. In parallel with his military service in 2016, he obtained a higher legal education at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy in Kyiv, after which he received an officer's rank. Since February 24, 2022, Senior Lieutenant Oleg Hramа participated in the defense of Kyiv and the liberation of Irpin from Russian occupation. After completing combat missions in the Kyiv region, he executed combat tasks in the Kharkiv and Donetsk directions with his unit. According to his comrades, Oleg Hramа had a strong civic position regarding the defense of his state and always cared for his subordinates; even after being wounded near Sievierodonetsk, he tried to return to duty as quickly as possible. On February 18, 2023, Commander of the 2nd Combat Group of the 3rd Special Forces Group of the Separate Special Purpose Detachment Oleg Hramа advanced to assist the servicemen of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade in the area of Novobakhmutivka, Donetsk Region. During the repulsion of an attack, he managed to destroy an enemy BMP with a precise shot from a Javelin anti-tank missile system. On the same day at 5:00 PM, the enemy began a massive artillery shelling of the positions of the Javelin crew. As a result of this shelling, Senior Lieutenant Hramа sustained shrapnel wounds that were incompatible with life. In 2014, Oleg Anatoliyovych received honors: the "Independence of Ukraine" Medal of the 3rd degree and the "For the Defense of the Native State" medal, as well as a certificate and medal for "Combatant," "War Veteran." On March 25, 2022, Oleg Hramа was awarded the medal "For Military Service to Ukraine." Posthumously, Oleg Anatoliyovych received the rank of Captain. For personal courage and selflessness shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for diligent and impeccable service to the Ukrainian people, Oleg Anatoliyovych Hramа was awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously). According to the order of the National Guard of Ukraine, Oleg Hramа has been permanently enrolled in the military unit's lists. The street in the village of Novoselytsia, Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region, where Oleg lived in childhood and where his parents currently reside, has now been named in honor of the law enforcement officer. A memorial plaque was opened at the school where the soldier studied, and banners with photos of Oleg were displayed in the center of Polonne, Khmelnytskyi Region. The personal belongings of the National Guard officer, including the Javelin from which he made his last shot, became part of the exhibitions "24.02" and "Steel Titans of Bakhmut" at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War.Memory Book of the MIA System
