Oleh A. Nivrianskyi

Sergeant Oleh Nivrianskyy was killed on December 18, 2022, in battle with the occupiers near the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. The defender was 49 years old. Oleh was born and lived in the village of Shylivtsi, Chernivtsi region. He graduated from the local secondary school. He worked as an employee. He devoted his free time to his family. He loved to fish. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 8th battalion of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade. "Oleh Anatoliyovych was very worried about our Ukraine. As a true patriot, he expressed a desire to defend it. In fierce battles, he did not hide behind his comrades-in-arms, but bravely repelled the enemy's attacks... Although he was silent, he was polite, modest, and a support for his comrades-in-arms. He loved his family very much: his mother Nadiya Porfyrivna, his wife Mariya Mykhailivna, his daughter Ilona, his son Stanislav, and his sister Alla Anatoliivna. They understood Oleh's desire to defend Ukraine. They believed that their son, husband, father, and brother would return alive and healthy, with victory..." the Klishkovetska community said. Oleh was buried in his native village. He is survived by his mother, sister, wife, daughter, and son. The hero was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.
