- Born on July 13, 1979, in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. Graduated from the general education school in Kremenchuk, then from vocational technical school No. 22 in Kremenchuk with a specialty in "locksmith-welder." Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served in a military unit in Western Ukraine. Worked in construction in Kyiv. On August 15, 2014, volunteered to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a grenade launcher in the 93rd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1302 (field post V2830), the urban-type settlement of Cherkaskoye, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region). Since October 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Catastrophe." Participant in the defense of Donetsk International Airport, battles for the settlement of Opytne, the settlement of Pisky, and the village of Vodiane in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region. On August 23, 2015, soldier Fen died of acute heart failure in the city of Kremenchuk during a short leave.
