Oleh O. Dovbnia (Psykh)

Born on June 23, 1993, in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. Graduated from Collegium No. 25 in Kremenchuk, Evening School No. 3 in Kremenchuk, and the State Educational Institution "Kremenchuk Professional Lyceum of Oil Refining Industry" (now - Regional Center for Vocational and Technical Education No. 1 in Kremenchuk) with a specialty in "plasterer-facer, tiler." In 2011-2012, he served in the mandatory military service at the Training Center for Engineering Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1107, city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region). After the army, he worked in a private security agency. On August 14, 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a senior reconnaissance operator in the 90th Separate Airborne Battalion of the 81st Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V1611, city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Psycho." On March 25, 2016, soldier Dovbnia was killed by a fatal shrapnel wound to the neck during intense shelling in the industrial zone of the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region. On March 30, 2016, he was buried in the Sector of Fallen Heroes of the Anti-Terrorist Operation at the Svyshtov Cemetery in Kremenchuk.
