Lenyuk Oleg Olegovych was born on April 6, 1999, in a family of an athlete and has been passionate about sports orienteering since childhood. By the age of eight, he was already overcoming distances on his own, and at the age of fifteen, he was able to win the regional championship among adults. In addition to regular sports orienteering, he was also interested in 24-hour orienteering (rogaining). In 2020, he received a silver medal at the European Junior Championship. That year, he was awarded the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine. In 2022, he graduated from Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych and received a master's degree in the Department of Mathematical Problems of Management and Cybernetics. He was involved in software development. Since February 24, after the Russian invasion of the territory of Ukraine, he enlisted in the army and since March 1 has been serving in a separate guard company at the territorial defense battalion with the rank of junior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On April 7, 2022, he was appointed commander of the 2nd artillery platoon of the 2nd artillery battery of the 1st artillery division of the Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky. According to the report of the Federation of Sports Orienteering of Ukraine, the serviceman was killed in battles with Russian invaders near the city of Kharkiv.
