Oleh V. Dehtiariov

Dehtiarov Oleh Valeriiovych was a tank commander by education. Since 1997, he has gone from being a platoon commander in a training tank regiment to the head of the operational department of the training center's administration. He served in the 169th training center "Desna". In 2014-2015, he held the position of chief of staff of the 169th company-tactical group from "Desna", participated in combat operations in the Debaltseve direction, in the area of Popasna, etc. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was the commander of a combat military unit. He was killed on August 4, 2022 near the city of Mariinka in the Donetsk region.
