Oleh V. Kozlovskyi (Prorab)

Paratrooper Oleg Kozlovsky (call sign Foreman) was killed on October 28, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk region. The warrior was 38 years old. Oleg was born in the village of Kazanka, Mykolaiv region. He received a secondary education. In civilian life, he worked as a construction worker. According to his loved ones, he was always a hardworking and kind person. Above all, he valued his family in his life, to whom he dedicated his free time and for whom he went to war. In the summer of 2022, the man was mobilized into the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 25th separate airborne Sich brigade. For the successful and courageous performance of combat missions, he was awarded the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's "Golden Cross" distinction. "He was always an example for me. Brave, strong, fair, he taught me a lot. We miss him very much," said the deceased's son, Mykola Shushkevych. The paratrooper was buried in his native village. Oleg left behind a wife and a son.
