- Born on May 11, 1980, in the village of Rubchenky, Volodarsky District, Kyiv Oblast. Completed 9 grades of general education at Rubchenky village school, and in 1998 graduated from vocational technical school No. 27 in the urban-type settlement of Volodarka, Kyiv Oblast (now Volodarsky Professional Agrarian Lyceum) with a specialty in "tractor driver-mechanic, driver of a wide profile." Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Underwent training at the 169th Training Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0665, urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets District, Chernihiv Oblast). After training, served in military units in the city of Kharkiv, then in the city of Uman, Cherkasy Oblast. On March 20, 2014, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Volodarsky District Military Commissariat of Kyiv Oblast. Served as a rifleman - assistant grenade launcher of the 9th mechanized company of the 3rd mechanized battalion of the 72nd separate guards mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167 (field post V0849), city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast). Since May 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Served at checkpoints in Volodarsky, Starobesheve, and Amvrosiivka districts of Donetsk Oblast. Participated in escorting military columns, "Grad" installations to shelled positions in Luhansk Oblast and their cover. On July 9, 2014, around 21:30, junior sergeant Mosiychuk was killed in an infantry fighting vehicle (BMP-2) as a result of an explosive device detonated on the road along the route of the military equipment column, 6 kilometers south of the village of Dmytrivka, Shakhtarsk District, Donetsk Oblast. Along with him, sergeant Pavlo Vysotsky was also killed, and on July 29, soldier Vitaliy Pidlubny died from injuries in the hospital.
