Oleh V. Olesyk (Inzhener)

Olesyk Oleg Viktorovych was born in the city of Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region. After graduating from secondary school, from 2001 he studied at the College of Information Technologies of the National Aviation University in the specialty "Geodetic works", which he graduated in 2005. Later he obtained the qualification of a geodetic engineer at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He began his career at the Kyiv Metro, working in his field of expertise. He lived in the village of Fedorivka, Dymerska settlement community, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region. In February 2021, he signed a contract for military service with the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi. At the start of the full-scale war, he was at the front line. He died on April 30, 2022 during the performance of a combat mission near the city of Toretsk in the Donetsk region. The farewell ceremony for the fallen took place in the village of Fedorivka, Kyiv region.
