Oleksandr I. Mulesa (Ozdar)

Soldier Oleksandr Mulesa (call sign Ozdary) was killed on October 1, 2022 during the liberation of the Kherson region. Near the settlement of Lyubymivka, during the assault, he received fatal injuries as a result of enemy artillery shelling. On October 12, the warrior would have turned 33 years old. Oleksandr was from the village of Simer in the Zakarpattia region. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of Uzhhorod National University. He worked as a car mechanic and a construction worker. He was passionate about cars and machinery, loved to repair them. He also loved to go fishing and mushroom picking. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 20, 2022. He served in the ranks of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade. He held the position of driver of the field bath. "Sasha loved life, adored children and dreamed of raising a son. He had hundreds of friends, he was a man with a capital letter! Sasha was very smart, he was a part of my heart. There are few people like my brother! He left with a bright mind to defend Ukraine and his family, so that we could live on a peaceful and the best land!" - said his sister Svitlana Mulesa. "Sasha was the best man, father, son and brother in the world," added his wife Myroslava Mulesa. The hero is buried in his native village. Oleksandr is survived by his parents, sister, wife and son.
