Oleksandr M. Rudenko

Rudenko Oleksandr Mykolaiovych was born in 1985 in the urban-type settlement of Petropavlivka, Dnipropetrovsk region. He was a soldier, a grenade launcher assistant rifleman of the 3rd mechanized platoon, 1st mechanized company, 2nd mechanized battalion, 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. Before the war, he worked at the "Stepova" mine (block No. 2). In November 2021, he decided to enlist in the military service under a three-year contract. He was killed on May 23, 2022, in a battle with Russian invaders near the city of Kharkiv, covering three servicemen and saving their lives. He was buried in the local cemetery in the urban-type settlement of Petropavlivka.
