      Died on October 20, 2015, at the Northern Regional Military Medical Center (Kharkiv) from injuries sustained on October 12 as a result of an explosion from an explosive device in the area of checkpoint No. 29 on the "Bakhmutka" road, near the town of Donetskyi in the Kirovskyi city council of Luhansk region.
