- Senior soldier Oleksandr Denysov (call sign Joker) was killed on September 1, 2022, while carrying out a combat mission near the city of Kurakhove in the Donetsk region. The defender was 37 years old. Oleksandr was born and lived in the settlement of Nemishaieve in the Kyiv region. He stu at the Nemishaieve Lyceum No. 2. He graduated from the Kyiv Professional College of Construction and Architecture, where he obtained the profession of painter, plasterer-tiler. He had his own construction business. He was passionate about traveling and cars. He was engaged in mountaineering and cycling tourism. He was married, raised children, enjoyed life and made plans for the future. In 2021, the man went on a contract military service to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a squad commander. From the first days of the full-scale war, together with the unit, he continued to defend his native country from the occupiers. "Sasha was kind and cheerful. In the village where we live, there are no people who did not respect and love him. His laughter will always remain in our hearts. He was a true patriot of his country. He always supported and helped. We loved him very much, we miss him very much," said his wife Viktoriia. "It's painful, very painful... The best of us are leaving, and it hurts even more... Sasha, you will forever remain in our memory as a smiling and cheerful optimist, an incredible patriot, a loving husband and a caring father! May the Kingdom of Heaven be yours. Rest in peace. Eternal and bright memory to our Hero! Condolences to relatives and friends," wrote in the group of volunteers "Nemishaieve Bees". The defender was buried in the village of Mykulychi in the Kyiv region. Oleksandr is survived by his wife, son and daughter.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
