Oleksandr O. Mazurchuk

Mazurchuk Oleksandr Oleksiyovych was born on July 6, 1976 in the city of Zhytomyr. He graduated from Zhytomyr Secondary School No. 25. He received higher education at the Polissya National University. He worked as the manager of one of the computer equipment stores in Zhytomyr. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he went to war as a volunteer as part of the 1st Separate Special Purpose Brigade named after Ivan Bohun. In January 2023, he was seriously wounded in the battles near the city of Bakhmut. He died from his wounds on January 24, 2023 at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital named after I.I. Mechnikov. He was buried on January 30, 2023 at the Smolyany Military Cemetery in the city of Zhytomyr.
