Oleksandr O. Nekruchenko (MM-Dems)

Soldier Oleksandr Nekruchenko (call sign Ememdemms) was killed on January 29, 2023 near the city of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region. He received fatal injuries as a result of enemy shelling from "Grads". The defender was 24 years old. Oleksandr was born in the city of Vatutine, Cherkasy region. In 2014, he graduated from the 9th grade of Yurkivska school. In 2018, he obtained the profession of a painter-plasterer at the Vatutine Vocational and Technical School No. 2. In 2018-2019, he served his military service in the National Guard of Ukraine. Later, he worked in his profession and was a laborer abroad. In his free time, he was engaged in sports. The man was called up for military service to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on September 8, 2022. He served in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. He was an operator-radio operator of the reconnaissance group. "We deeply mourn and love you," wrote the sister of the fallen Diane Chornai. The hero was buried in his hometown. He is survived by his parents, brother, sister, girlfriend and child. Oleksandr Nekruchenko was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.
