Oleksandr P. Neverovskyi (Never)

Soldier Oleksandr Neverovsky (call sign Never) was killed on February 7, 2024 while performing a combat mission near the settlement of Zarichne in the Donetsk region. He was 36 years old. Oleksandr was from Kyiv. He obtained a secondary education. He worked in various fields of activity. He spent his free time with his loved ones. He had many friends, as he was a sincere and kind person. He loved children very much. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the man joined the defense of the capital. At first, he was in the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces, and later joined the 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a machine gunner. He fought on various hot fronts. He received the medal "Participant of Combat Operations". "Oleksandr worthily defended Ukraine. He was always a very sincere person, a reliable friend, a loving father and husband," said his godmother and family friend Iryna Vovnenko. The defender was buried in the Alley of Heroes of the Southern Cemetery in Kyiv. Oleksandr is survived by his mother, brother, wife, two children, relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms.
