Biography
Hrybanov Oleksandr Serhiyovych was born in 1976. He was a resident of the village of Melioratyvne, Pishchanska rural territorial community, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region. He served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine on March 1, 2022, he was voluntarily mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was at the front. He held the military position of rifleman-medic of the 1st mechanized platoon, 3rd mechanized company, 1st mechanized battalion, military unit A1302, as part of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade "Kholodnyi Yar". He took part in the battles for the city of Okhtyrka and liberated the city of Trostianets in the Sumy region. He was killed on April 17, 2022, during an artillery shelling near the village of Dibrivne, Izyum district, Kharkiv region. The farewell ceremony for Oleksandr Hrybanov took place on April 25, 2022, on the central square of his native settlement. For personal courage and selfless actions displayed in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath, Oleksandr Serhiyovych Hrybanov was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree (posthumously).Burial place
