      Died on April 25, 2016, in a military hospital from an exacerbation of a chronic illness that developed during military service in the ATO zone.

      • Born on December 24, 1974, in the village of Lozivka, Koziatyn district, Vinnytsia region. Graduated from high school. Served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Lived in the village of Dzyhivka, Yampil district, Vinnytsia region. On March 9, 2015, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Yampil District Military Commissariat of Vinnytsia region. Served as a squad commander in the management platoon of a military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2015, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Served in the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region. On April 25, 2016, warrant officer Kudima died in a military hospital from leukemia. On April 27, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Dzyhivka, Yampil district, Vinnytsia region.
