Oleksandr S. Prokopenko

Prokopenko Oleksandr Serhiyovych was born on January 9, 2001. He graduated from the 441st academic group of the Vasylkiv College of NAU in 2020. He was called up for military service on April 10, 2021. He served as a soldier, a rifleman in the security platoon of the security company of the support battalion of military unit A0704. He was killed on February 27, 2022, during the repulsion of an attack on the military unit by an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group in the city of Vasylkiv. He sustained a gunshot wound to the head and died on the way to the Vasylkiv Central Hospital in an ambulance.
