- Soldier Oleksandr Tsvihun (call sign Menshoi, Aramis) was killed on December 30, 2022 in a battle for the city of Soledar in Donetsk region. He received fatal multiple shrapnel wounds during enemy shelling. The defender was forever 23 years old. Oleksandr was from the city of Odesa. He obtained the profession of an auto mechanic-electric welder at a local vocational school. Before the invasion, he worked as a confectioner in the Fozzy hypermarket. He was married and raised a daughter, whom he loved very much. During the full-scale war, the man fought for his Homeland in the ranks of the 61st Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was the deputy commander of a combat vehicle, a gunner-operator in the 101st battalion. "My son was very cheerful, a good young man. Gentle, sensitive and at the same time very wise and courageous. At the age of 23, he had his own family, a child, and many plans for life. He always supported his family and was very worried about all of us," said Marina Anorova. The hero was buried at the Western Cemetery in his native Odesa. At home, Oleksandr was awaited by his mother, wife and 3-year-old daughter.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
