- Lieutenant Oleksandr Andrukhov (call sign Shultz) was killed on December 29, 2022, during a mortar attack in the Avdiivka area in the Donetsk region. Oleksandr was 38 years old. He was from the city of Bar in the Vinnytsia region. He obtained a mechanic's education at the National Transport University in Kyiv, but did not work in his field. He was a private entrepreneur - he was engaged in the sale of children's clothing. In his free time, he was interested in football. He took up the defense of Ukraine in April 2022. He joined the ranks of the 38th separate marine brigade, where he held the position of platoon commander. For his dedicated service, he was awarded the badge "Defender of the Native Land", the Order of Courage of the III degree (posthumously), and the honorary badge "Steel Cross" (posthumously). "Oleksandr was a cheerful person, a loving husband, a caring father, a kind son, and a faithful friend. He lived by the principle 'The state is us, start with yourself'," said the deceased's sister Tetyana Nekrasova. Oleksandr was buried in his hometown. He left behind a wife, two children, and a mother.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
