Oleksandr V. Borysenko

Sniper Alexander Borisenko was killed in action on March 11, 2022, in a battle with Russian occupiers in the Kherson region. The warrior was 35 years old. Alexander was born in the village of Ternuvatka, Dnipropetrovsk region. He stu at the Kryvyi Rih Mining and Technology Professional Lyceum. He worked in the mines as a tunneler apprentice, a tunneler on the tunneling team, and a tunneler on the mining preparation team. In 2015-2016, he participated in the ATO on Donbas in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After demobilization, he returned to work in the mine. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russian military forces in Ukraine on February 26, 2022, Alexander again went to defend Ukraine. He served in the 2nd Infantry Unit in the A1962 military unit. On March 11, during a battle with an enemy tank column near the village of Orlove, senior soldier Alexander Borisenko was killed. The defender was buried in the village of Nedayvoda, Dnipropetrovsk region. He leaves behind two children, son Konstantin and daughter Kira, without a father.
