- Born on May 11, 1976, in Sevastopol. In 1993, he graduated from Sevastopol Secondary School No. 15. In the 1990s, he served in the 459th Separate Rocket Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 1997 to 2007, he worked at the Consulate General of Ukraine in the Russian Federation. He was the director of a sports school in the Samara region and a specialist in the development of sports tourism. He then returned to Sevastopol. He taught martial arts and worked as a sports tourism coach. He managed a sports and health camp for children and youth and organized tourist competitions for young rescuers. He was the head of the Sevastopol City Branch of the All-Ukrainian Public Children's Movement "School of Safety." In May 2014, after the annexation of Crimea by Russia, he moved to mainland Ukraine and voluntarily joined the ranks of the special police patrol battalion "Dnipro-1" of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the summer of 2014, he was transferred to the special police patrol battalion "Shakhtarsk" of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where he became a specialist in the logistics group. Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine. He was involved in the liberation of the city of Marinka in the Donetsk region.
