Oleksandr V. Ihnatyshyn

Born on October 10, 1991, in the urban-type settlement of Mizhhirya in the Mizhhirya district of the Zakarpattia region. Graduated from a general education school. Served under contract as a squad commander - commander of the combat vehicle of the mechanized battalion of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 25, 2014, junior sergeant Ihnatyshyn was killed during a mortar shelling of a platoon stronghold near the village of Nikishyne in the Shakhtarsk district of Donetsk region. Senior sergeant Pavlo Stets was killed along with him. On November 28, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Mizhhirya in the Mizhhirya district of the Zakarpattia region.
