Oleksandr V. Kaplinskyi

In 1996, he graduated from Vinnytsia School-Lyceum No. 7 and was drafted for compulsory military service in the ranks of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In 1998, he entered the separate faculty of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the National Academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky. After graduation, he held the positions of commander of a training platoon and company of the training center of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Zolochiv). In 2007, he was appointed deputy commander of a company of the "Yaguar" Special Forces Regiment of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in 2010 he again commanded a company at the training center. In 2011, he entered the master's program at the Academy of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which he held the position of senior officer of the combat and special training group of the Vinnytsia regiment of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (since March 2014 - the National Guard of Ukraine).
