- Born on April 16, 1998, in the village of Matusiv, Shpolyansky District, Cherkasy Region. Graduated from general education school No. 2 in the village of Matusiv, Shpolyansky District, then from a vocational technical school. From April 24, 2018, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 1st Separate Battalion of Marine Corps of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilynskyi of the Marine Corps Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2777, city of Mykolaiv). Participated in the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 11, 2019, sailor Linchevskyi was killed as a result of a gunshot wound he received during shelling by Russian-terrorist groups of the positions of Ukrainian military near the village of Pavlopil in Volnovakha District, Donetsk Region. Also, during an attempt to pull the wounded Oleksandr from under fire, warrant officer Obukhovskyi was killed.
