Oleksandr V. Lysyi (Lysyi)

Junior Sergeant Oleksandr Lysyi was killed on February 5, 2023, while performing his official duties near the village of Vremivka in the Donetsk region. The warrior was 38 years old. Oleksandr was born in the village of Obolonnia, Chernihiv region. He lived in the village of Pashena Balka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. He had a secondary education. Throughout his life, he worked as a driver at various enterprises. In his free time, he loved to play billiards. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the man joined the ranks of volunteers and went to the front. He fought in the ranks of the 128th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During his service, he received many certificates and commendations from the command. "My husband was a very kind, polite and hardworking person, a loving husband and a good dad, he always came to help everyone. A person with a golden soul and a golden heart," said Maryna Lysa. Oleksandr was buried in the village of Pashena Balka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The defender left behind a wife, daughter and son.
