Oleksandr V. Morozniuk (Yuzyk)

Olexandr Volodymyrovych Morozniuk was born on October 18, 1980, in the city of Illintsi, Vinnytsia region. He was a masseur. In 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and in 2018, he was accepted for military service under contract. He died on March 2, 2022, near the village of Novoselivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. That day, during a battle with Russian occupiers, Olexandr Morozniuk was wounded in the leg. His comrades dragged the wounded Olexandr to a minibus and attempted to break through, but they came under fire from an enemy BMP. The hero is survived by his mother and son.
