He worked as the head of the security service and was also a judo coach for children and adults. He lived with his family in the village of Burilove, Mykolaiv region. He served in the ranks of the 37th Separate Marine Brigade of the Ukrainian Navy. He held the position of senior driver of the grenade launcher platoon of the fire support company in the 505th battalion. "Alexander was a true warrior, very strong in spirit. He always went forward. Although he had the position of a driver, he always went with his comrades-in-arms on assaults. He carried out not one wounded person, who after his death wrote to me and told me that thanks to him they remained alive," shared the wife of the fallen.
