  Born on July 7, 1974, in the village of Zhuravlivka, Bar district, Vinnytsia region. Graduated from high school. Mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a mechanic-driver in the 128th Separate Mountain Infantry Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 18, 2016, soldier Peretyatko died while on duty in the area of the village of Pokrovske, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region. Buried in the cemetery of the village of Zhuravlivka, Bar district, Vinnytsia region.
