Oleksandr V. Poliukhovych

Polukhovych Oleksandr Vasylovych was born on August 13, 1974, in the village of Sernyky, Rivne region. At 11 months old, he moved with his family to the village of Terlo, Lviv region. He studied at the school in the village of Terlo. He graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic National University. In peacetime, he was a private entrepreneur, producing furniture. He was passionate about archery. In 2014-2015, he was involved in volunteer activities. From the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion, he volunteered for the war. He served as a grenadier in the ranks of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. He was killed on September 11, 2022, during an artillery barrage in the Kherson region. Oleksandr Polukhovych is survived by his daughter, son, wife, father, and sister. He was buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv.
