- Soldier Oleksandr Prystash (call sign Shaman) was killed on February 25, 2023, while performing his duties in the city of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region. As a result of a missile strike by Russian occupiers on the building where Ukrainian soldiers were located, he sustained fatal injuries. On February 7, the defender turned 23 years old. Oleksandr was born in the city of Dnipro. In childhood, he moved with his family to the Lviv region, to the village of Shandrovets. In 2015, he graduated from school and entered the Borynsky Vocational Lyceum of Folk Arts and Crafts. He obtained the profession of a driver. In 2020, he went on compulsory military service. He was demobilized at the end of 2021, but did not have time to start a civilian career. On October 11, 2022, Oleksandr went to war. He served in the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of driver. "My brother was an extraordinarily kind and sincere person, he tried to help everyone, he never refused anyone. There was always a smile on his face. The best brother I will never have again," said Hanna Brynko. The young warrior was buried in the village of Shandrovets, Lviv region. At home, parents and a sister were waiting for Oleksandr.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
