- 21-year-old sapper Oleksandr Shushkov (call sign Shusha) was killed on September 26, 2022. The soldier sustained a gunshot wound in battle near the village of Zelenaya Dolina in the Donetsk region. Oleksandr was evacuated to the hospital, but two hours later, his heart stopped. Oleksandr was born in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi in the Khmelnytskyi region. He stu at the local school No. 10. He then graduated from the Kamianets-Podilskyi Industrial College with a degree in "Installation and Operation of Electrical Equipment for Enterprises and Civil Structures." Later, he continued his studies at the Kamianets-Podilskyi Tax College, specializing in "Finance, Banking, and Insurance." He loved spending time with friends, riding his bicycle, and relaxing in nature. He carried out combat missions on the front line. He sincerely believed in Ukraine's victory.
